The Divine Providence Community Home Campus offers “Lake-side living” for those in need of rehab services, skilled nursing care, or assistance with Daily Activities of Living . The Home, located on the north end of the campus, offers 48 long-term rooms and 5 short-stay rehab / hospice rooms. Delicious meals, an engaging activities schedule, dedicated staff and lovely views lend to the home-like atmosphere we strive to maintain.
Lake Villa Maria is a 21-apartment independent living complex on the south end of the campus. Beauty, privacy and convenience combine to make it a sought-after retirement community. The Lake Villa Cafe offers delicious hot meals at noon with fresh coffee available 24/7. With spaces for gathering with friends or family, and a tailored activity calendar, Lake Villa Maria offers “something for everyone”.
